Business Email Setup & Management

I set up and migrate professional, domain-based email for your business, configured correctly the first time, with the DNS records that make it actually deliver.

What's Included

  • Microsoft 365 setup and configuration
  • Google Workspace setup and configuration
  • Zoho Mail setup
  • cPanel email account setup
  • Mailbox migration from your current provider
  • HTML email signature design

Getting Deliverability Right

A working mailbox is only half the job. Email that doesn't reach the inbox, or that gets your domain flagged as spam, is worse than no email setup at all. Every setup I do includes the DNS records that actually control deliverability:

  • MX records pointing to the correct mail servers
  • SPF to authorize which servers can send mail for your domain
  • DKIM to cryptographically sign outgoing mail
  • DMARC to tell receiving servers what to do with mail that fails those checks

I make DNS changes directly with your registrar or host, including Cloudflare DNS where that's already in use, and verify after setup so mail is actually flowing before the job is called done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you migrate my existing mailboxes without losing email?

Yes. Mailbox migrations are planned around your existing provider to preserve mail history and minimize downtime during the DNS cutover.

Which email platform should I use: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho?

It depends on what else your business already uses (Microsoft 365 makes sense if you're on Office/Teams, Google Workspace if you're on Google Docs/Drive) and your budget. Zoho Mail is a lower-cost option for straightforward business email. Happy to recommend one based on your situation.

My emails are going to spam. Can you fix that?

Usually, yes. Most deliverability problems come down to missing or misconfigured SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, or sending through a server that isn't properly authorized. That's diagnosable and fixable in most cases.

Do you set up email signatures too?

Yes, HTML email signatures are included as part of setup, and can be added or updated later for existing setups as well.
