These Terms of Service govern your use of dwaynestech.support (the "Site"), operated by Dwayne's Tech Support, a technology services business based in St. Kitts & Nevis. By using this Site, you agree to these terms.

Services

Dwayne's Tech Support provides web development, systems administration, networking, cloud and business IT services, delivered on-site in St. Kitts & Nevis or remotely worldwide. Information on this Site, including pricing ranges and service descriptions, is for general guidance. Actual project scope, pricing and timeline are agreed separately once a quote is requested and confirmed.

Requesting a Quote or Contacting Me

Submitting the Request a Quote or Contact form doesn't create a binding agreement. A project begins only once we've agreed on scope, pricing and timeline directly.

The Shop and Amazon Associates

The Shop section recommends networking and IT equipment available through Amazon. Dwayne's Tech Support doesn't sell these products directly, doesn't process payment or shipping for them, and isn't responsible for product availability, pricing, or the accuracy of information on Amazon's own listings. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases made through links on this Site.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, or scraping its content without permission.

Intellectual Property

The content on this Site, including text, design, logos and portfolio images, belongs to Dwayne's Tech Support unless otherwise credited. Client project examples shown in the Portfolio are included with the understanding that finished work may be shown as a representative sample. If you're a past client and would prefer your project not be featured, contact me and it will be removed.

No Guarantee of Results

While I bring genuine experience and care to every project, I can't guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or uptime beyond what's explicitly agreed in a service contract. Technology work carries inherent risk, and no website, server or network can be guaranteed completely free of issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dwayne's Tech Support isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or its content. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be excluded under the laws of St. Kitts & Nevis.
